Meet Optaciano “Tadcho” Salcedo

Tadcho Salcedo is the Maintenance Expert.

Tadcho has over 20 years of landscaping experience.

He was born in Nayarit, Mexico on July 18, 1951.  His siblings include 3 sisters and 3 brothers.  Tadcho is sibling number four.

Tadcho married Maria in Mexico in 1980.   Tadcho’s kids are Emelda, Deanna and Estiban.

He is a proud grandfather of 3.  Emelda has 1 boy Fernando and 1 girl Amy.   Deanna has 1 boy Andres.

Tadcho came to Los Angeles, California in 1982, worked as a sandblaster for 2 years then came to Sonoma County and worked picking grapes temporary that lasted 2 years.

He worked for Redwood Landscaping until 2000.  In 2000, Redwood Landscaping was bought by Tru Green which is the largest landscaping company in the world.

Tadcho went back to Mexico and Arizona for about 4 years, then came back to Sonoma County and worked for Tru Green again from 2004 to 2008.

He joined DK Landscaping in 2008.

Tadcho enjoys visiting family and friends, shopping with his wife Maria, watching soccer, dancing at parties, traveling and driving with no particular destination.
